6.1 - Additional Data Files

The secure ftp server may be used for transmitting confidential data in other files including Excel, Word, plain text and PDF formats.

Rapyd might use this channel to distribute specification updates, test data or custom reports. Processors may use the server to upload responses to copy requests or updated merchant information. Additional files will be (most often) placed in appropriate sub-folders. In case of files sent irregularly, the receiving party should be notified by e-mail.
