1 - Introduction
The document describes Valitor Recurring Transactions Web Service. Should any changes occur in the web service, a new version will be issued and merchants will be notified. The older version will remain active for a certain time, except in case of an error that requires immediate remediation.
Please contact the Valitor Domestic Acquiring (Fyrirtaekjalausnir) in order to get access to test environment and test cards. In order to be able to test the service NidurstodurSendingar (Processing Results) it is necessary to have the batch processed by the Valitor Operations department. Test batches are processed at 1 PM all working days.
1.1 - Recent changes
Recently the following changes have been made in Recurring Payments Web Service
1.1.1 - Operation LaekkaBunka retired
Usage of LaekkaBunka in Valitor's Recurring Payments has now been stopped. If the service is called, it will only return an empty response. See more here.
1.1.2 - Changes to operation SkilaSyndarnumeriUtFraKortnumeri
Parameter for Card expiry date (Gildistimi) in the request for SkilaSyndarnumeriUtFraKortnumeri is now mandatory.
Please Note
For those who have already integrated with Recurring Payments Web Service, the parameter will remain optional until April 30th 2020.
1.1.3 - New operation BunkaSkrar
A new operation named BunkaSkrar has been added, see here.
The operation allows batch files to be sent to Recurring Payments Web Service.
